Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Junique Jewelry does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or most major holidays. The processing time for any orders placed on those days will not start until the following business day. We will notify you of the delivery date by e-mail for some products that will be delayed in shipment. Our shipping costs can be found below:

Japan ( Domestic )

  • Delivery company: Japan Post 
  • Shipping service name: Click Post ( 200yen ) 
  • Estimated Arrival Time: 2-3 days after ship date 
  • Some products may use Japan Post " YU-Pack "Yamato Takkyubin)"
All other International Countries
  • Delivery company: Japan Post
  • Shipping service name : EMS ( 4,000yen )
  • Estimated Arrival Time: 7-14 days after ship date ( average )
  • Depending the delivery address, the arrival date would be differ.
  • Some countries / regions have restrictions on shipping 

* Free Shipping for domestic and overseas purchases of 35,000 yen or more.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations
We CAN NOT accept. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Lost items

Sorry but we CAN NOT have responsible for lost items through shipping, and not refund fully because of it. We hope that will not happen but if your ordered item will be lost during shipping, please contact us to work out a fair solution (other than refund) for both of you and us.
BUT PLEASE remember that the "delivery time" is ONLY estimate time, so it might take much longer than it should be.
If you feel taking too long, please contact us anytime.

Returns and exchange

We accept returns and exchanges but please remind that customer bear
1. the expenses of postage fee
2. and please send items back with which I use to send items with.
3. only unused items
for returns or exchanges. And it might bit expensive more than you think. (Except the items are broken because of shipping.) So please send message to me before you send items back. We might find out better solution for both of us.

Items that cannot exchanged

  • Custom-made products such as engraving services and resizing
  • Used product
  • Products that have passed the exchange deadline (within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product) 
  • Products used in piercing holes such as earrings and body jewelry
  • Items returned by cash on delivery (because they cannot be received)
  • If the product value is significantly lost due to insufficient consideration at the time of return (we will return the product by cash on delivery)

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shopify keeps your payment information secure. We, Junique Jewelry never receive your credit card information.
