Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

For items with extended processing times, we will notify you by email regarding the estimated shipping date.


Shipping Rates

Japan (Domestic)
Delivery company: Japan Post
Shipping service: Click Post (¥200)
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after shipment

Some orders may be shipped via Japan Post Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport.


International Shipping

Delivery company: Japan Post
Shipping service: EMS (¥4,000)
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Please note that some countries and regions may have shipping restrictions.

Free shipping is available for both domestic and international orders over ¥35,000.


Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Cancellations

We generally do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.


Lost Packages

We are not responsible for items lost during shipping.
However, if your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution together.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer than expected.
If your order appears to be delayed, feel free to contact us anytime.


Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Please return items using a trackable shipping method

Please note that return shipping costs may be higher than expected, especially for international orders.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.
We may be able to suggest the best solution for your situation.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Custom-made items (including engraved or resized products)
  • Used items
  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Earrings and body jewelry intended for pierced areas
  • Items returned via cash on delivery (COD)
  • Items damaged due to insufficient packaging during return shipping
